In western science, the ingredients would be favored for the skin because of their antioxidant properties and high levels of Vitamin C.
When you make it, you will notice the delightful aroma and subtle flavor. You can drink it like a soup in a bowl, or simply poor the liquid into a cup to drink as a tea.
Increase the benefits by enjoying the broth in a relaxed state of mind! Sip while you read a good book or listen to your favorite music.
All of the ingredients can be found at Asian markets, as well as on Amazon or Yamibuy.
