  • 4 cups water
  • 5 jujubes (Chinese dates)
  • 10 lotus seeds
  • 1 whole dried tremella mushroom


  • Add water to a medium saucepan
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Return to a boil
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes
  • Eat while warm either as a soup or tea
