Progress at Your Own Pace

Beginning a Daily Practice

The Five Tibetan Rites are a simple sequence of five movements traditionally practiced each day to support strength, flexibility, balance, and vitality. Rather than trying to master all 21 repetitions at once, this course guides you through a gradual 27-day progression that allows your body to adapt safely over time.

You'll begin by learning the history of the Five Tibetan Rites, important safety considerations, and the proper technique for each movement. From there, you'll build confidence through daily practice, adding repetitions gradually while developing a routine that feels sustainable.

Whether you're completely new to the Five Tibetan Rites or returning after time away, you're invited to move at your own pace. Every lesson is freely available whenever you're ready to continue your practice.
