The Five Tibetan Rites, also called the Five Tibetans, are a legendary practice developed by monks in Tibet around 2,500 years ago. They are a series of five movements performed each day. The goal is to complete 21 repetitions of each exercise daily.

Over the challenge, you will work your way from 3 repetitions of the 5 rites up to the full 21 repetitions in a safe and supportive way.

About the teacher

Juli Kramer

Dr. Juli Kramer is a Holden Qigong Tier 2 certified qigong instructor. She also holds a diploma in Chinese Medicine Nutritional Therapy and multiple certificates in Chinese medicine. As a qigong and meditation teacher, Dr. Kramer understands the important role movement and meditation have on developing a healthy body and mind. Juli also has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Counseling Psychology.
