Frequently asked questions
Through centuries of observation, reading, and application, this method of face reading provides accurate insights. Our clients cannot believe how much we "know" them from just analyzing different facial characteristics.
You know how easy it is to get stuck in a rut. You think the same thing over and over. You even repeat destructive patterns. After your face reading, you will understand these patterns and jump-start new ways to think about yourself.
You will discover the social and emotional details revealed by your face. For example, you will learn how people in your past continue to influence you today, as well as how you can influence others.
While the Lillian Bridges method does address physical health, this topic is better assessed by a Chinese medicine health practitioner.
That's the best part of a face reading. It's totally fun. You will keep feeling blown away by the sense of, "How does she know that?" And Chinese Medicine is beautiful in that nothing is good or bad, it just is what it is so we meet you where you are and grow from there.
Thinking About Winter
Winter is a season of restoration. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is a time to slow down, conserve energy, and nourish the kidneys—the body's foundation of vitality.
Living in Harmony with Winter combines qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, seasonal nutrition, and mindfulness practices to help you restore energy, reduce stress, support kidney health, and move through winter with greater balance and resilience.
Whether you're new to qigong or returning to your practice, you're invited to explore this course at your own pace. Every lesson is freely available whenever you're ready to learn.

The Tradition of the Six Healing Sounds
The Six Healing Sounds are a traditional qigong practice that combines breath, vocalized sounds, gentle movement, and focused awareness. Within Traditional Chinese Medicine, specific sounds are associated with the organ systems and the Five Elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth, along with the Triple Burner.
The practice reflects the traditional understanding that physical, emotional, and energetic patterns are interconnected. Each organ system has associated emotional qualities, and the Healing Sounds provide a structured way to work with these relationships through sound, movement, breath, and meditation
In this course, you'll first explore the Five Element and organ-system foundations behind the practice. You'll then bring what you've learned together through guided Six Healing Sounds meditations and a complete qigong flow.
Every lesson is freely available whenever you're ready to learn.

Common Questions
The Six Healing Sounds are a traditional qigong practice that combines specific sounds with breath, gentle movement, and focused awareness. In this course, you’ll explore the sounds through the Five Element framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine and learn the traditional organ and emotional associations connected with each practice.
You can practice individual sounds or work with a longer sequence depending on your needs and available time. The course includes guidance for practicing the sounds as well as longer meditations that can help you explore them more deeply. Consistency matters more than making every practice lengthy.
The sounds are taught and demonstrated within the course lessons so you can hear how they are pronounced and practice along. You’ll also learn the movements and Five Element associations that accompany them rather than learning the sounds in isolation.
Yes. Qigong Healing Sounds is completely free to explore, and no registration is required. You can move through the 10 lessons at your own pace and return to the practices whenever you wish.
No. The course introduces the practice step by step, so you can begin without previous experience with qigong or Traditional Chinese Medicine. You’ll learn the underlying concepts as you explore the sounds and movements.
Within the traditional energetic framework taught in qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice is not understood as working only with the physical organ itself. The sounds are also associated with broader energetic, emotional, and Five Element patterns, so the practice can still be explored when an organ has been surgically removed.
