Qigong to Energize Your Mind, Body, and Spirit AARP February 16, 2023 Class.

This month’s standing qigong routine works with the Yin and Yang meridians to circulate and cultivate energy throughout all parts of the body. It also focuses on synchronizing movement with the breath to create a deep connection between mind and body. It integrates breathing, stretching, and rotating movements, as well as core exercises and pressure point massage.
