The great think about the Five Tibetan Rites is that they have been keeping people strong and vital for over 2,500 years.
Start Boosting Your Energy
During this course, you will learn about the history of the Five Tibetan Rites, as well as cautions and limitations that will keep you injury free. You will watch videos to show you how to properly do each of the five movements safely. Here you will also enjoy modifications that meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Over the course of 27 days, you will then start doing the rites gently with fewer repetitions to begin, moving up to the full 21 repetitions of each movement.

Juli uses her 30+ years as an educator to teach you about the health, happiness, and longevity benefits of Chinese medicine. She is a diplomaed Chinese medicine nutritional therapist, and has received multiple certificates for TCM from Chinese institutions.
Juli earned her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction and Counseling Psychology and her MA in Psychology.
