Longevity Meditation 9 Minutes. If done for 40 days, this meditation can reverse the aging process, cure the body of disease, and make you feel more energized. You can start with one minute for each mudra and work up to hold each mudra for 3 minutes. This meditation must not be done for more than 9 minutes total. You will learn how to do each mudra at the beginning of the video.
