Auricular Ear Massage Therapy. Each body system is reflected in the ear and has been since you were in utero. Some points correspond to acupuncture points on the body. Others are based on the reflexology location of the body part on the ears. You can massage without or without ear seeds. Rub for 10-30 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times per day as needed to relieve symptoms or prevent problems.
