NOTE: In the video, there is an error in my modeling and description of how to do Matangi Mudra. The picture shown is correct. Here’s a description of how to set up the proper finger position:

1. Interlace the fingers to the outside, with the right thumb over the left.
2. Extend the middle fingers, joining them along their length, and point them straight outward.
3. Rest the wrists against the solar plexus.
4. Relax the shoulders back and down with the elbows held slightly away from the body and the spine naturally aligned.
