Dr. Eva Zhang earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Nanjing TCM University in 1986. She is a third-generation TCM practitioner, as well as an associate professor, consulting doctor in TCM, licensed herbalist, and acupuncturist.
Dr. Zhang's specialties are stress management, nutrition, gynecology, digestive ailments, pediatrics, allergies, and skin and joint conditions.
She was in charge or joint management of serveral natural science funds and medical, scientific research projects.
Dr. Zhang has also individually and jointly published 5 books and 10 clinical textbooks and monographs on TCM, as well as numerous discourses on Chinese medicine, both in English and Chinese.
Dr. Zhang lectures internationally to spread the culture of traditional Chinese medicine as it is taught today in Chinese medical universities, as well as to share the rich medical heritage of her family.
Advisory Team member, DaYong Hou, graduated from Hei Long Jiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Harbin, China in 1989.
DaYong Hou specializes in both individualized treatment and in diagnosis in herbs, acupuncture, Tui Na(Chinese medical massage) and traditional rehabilitation exercise.
He is presently an instructor and a supervisor at the Colorado School of TCM.
Dr. Hou is also national board certified and state licensed acupuncturist in Colorado.
As a professional member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado, he has rich clinical experiences and a strong understanding of Chinese Medicine Theory. He has helped people with a wide variety of physical and psychological illness.

Upon completion of his eleven-year program, he obtained a doctor’s degree of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the prestigious Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), one of the top medical schools in China.
Dr. Nan taught at the Heilongjiang University of TCM for 4 years before coming to the United States
in 1992 to teach Chinese Medicine at the Colorado School of TCM. In over 21 years of teaching, he have trained thousands of acupuncturists both in China and the U.S. at schools of TCM and at seminars in both the U.S. and China.
