Release & Let Go: In Day Seven’s practice, you’ll experience a series of movements and a meditation aimed at releasing physical and emotional blockages. By engaging in gentle yet deeply healing Qigong techniques, you’ll begin to let go of any stored tension or emotional armor, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body.
Start with a Qigong Warm-up: The session begins with a short Qigong warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the deeper healing work ahead. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you’ll gently awaken your energy channels and cultivate a sense of presence and receptivity.
Healing Meditation: Following the warm-up, you’ll transition into a healing meditation designed to clear your body and mind. Through visualization and breathwork, you’ll release stagnant energy and create space for healing and renewal on both physical and emotional levels.
