Qigong Grounding Techniques
Qigong Grounding Techniques. Grounding (often called “rooting”) is an essential skill for the practitioner or teacher of Qigong. On a physical level, grounding creates stability in movement, a greater sense of balance, and a strong sense of alignment. Emotionally, it manifests as a stable personality. It gives the practitioner more clarity and purpose.
When experiencing a feeling of being grounded, one feels safe and more relaxed. This class will focus on a series of techniques and procedures that have been used by Masters for centuries to ground us to Mother Earth, enabling better Qigong practice and Qi experience.
