Daoyin Qigong Lesson Four
Daoyin Qigong Lesson Four revisits some familiar daoyin qigong exercises and introduces a few new ones. This Daoyin qigong routine focuses on integrating the breath into your practice. You will focus on your breath, the structure of the lungs, and slowing down the movements. It also emphasizes stretching, including a new twisting exercises. This routine starts with standing exercises before moving the floor.
Remember to only do the exercises at 60-70% of your max. The key is to feel comfortable. Modifications are provided, so please use them as your need.
