Kundalini Yoga Challenge Day 3: Nabhi Kriya for Digestion. Welcome to Day 3 of our 8-Day Kundalini Yoga Challenge with Olga Henriksson. Today’s class is centered around the powerful Nabhi Kriya, designed to strengthen your digestion by activating the navel point, a vital energy center in your body.
In this session, you’ll be guided through a series of dynamic and grounding movements that focus on building core strength and enhancing digestive fire. The practice begins with a gentle warm-up, tuning into your body’s wisdom and setting an intention for the class with a mantra to connect with the divine consciousness within.
As you move through the Nabhi Kriya, you’ll engage your navel point through specific postures, breathwork, and mudras. These exercises are designed to enhance your physical digestion of food and your ability to process life experiences with ease and balance. The kriya may present some challenges, but remember to listen to your body and honor its limits, adjusting as needed.
This class also includes the powerful Sat Kriya, which further activates the navel center, helping to align and balance your energy. The session concludes with a calming meditation, allowing you to integrate the energy generated during the practice.
