Longevity Meditation 6 Minutes. If done for 40 days, this yoga meditation can reverse the aging process, cure the body of disease, and make you feel more energized. You can start with 1 minute for each mudra and work up to hold each mudra for 3 minutes. This meditation must not be done for more than 9 minutes total. In this video, you will receive cues for 1 minute or 2 minutes for each mudra.
