Qigong for the Winter Solstice. James enhances your knowledge about the ebbing and flowing of yin and yang energy, and how to move the body to be in rhythm with yin and yang in nature. You will enjoy the beginning warm-up sequence of three of the five deer poses. James emphasizes the stability and majesty of the deer as a powerful stag.
