Winter

Preparing for Winter Qigong & Massage
Preparing for Winter Qigong & Massage. Winter is the season of rest, waiting, and hibernation – and its stillness brings tranquility. It is a time to strengthen the kidneys, our storehouse of energy and vitality. It is the season of the water element, and its movement is fluid, graceful, and strong. In this workshop John will demonstrate special Winter Qigong practices, pressure points, and massage techniques – all culminating in the tranquil fluidity of the “Dance of Winter.”
