Refresh and Restore with Gentle Yoga...

Winter is a season of introspection - a time to go inward, reflect and renew. In these gentle Yoga classes we will use breath and internally focused awareness along with flowing stretches, held postures, and mudras (hand gestures that direct energy in the body) to take a deep, restorative dive within. 

This practice will empower you to use your innate healing power to manage your energy and enter a state of joyful, refreshed presence during the winter months.
