Winter invites you to snuggle in a warm blanket and slow down.  As with all seasons, it's important to transition gently into the new flow of energy. Moving from autumn to winter, it is ideal to continue to build your yin energy.

This workshop allows you to do just that. You will also begin strengthening your kidney system, bones, and marrow with these gentle movements. This series of three qigong classes help you find the perfect balance between rest and exercise, boosting your immunity and settling your mind.

Standing Qigong to Live in a Flow State: Session 1
Living a life where things feel effortless, in other words living in a “flow state” comes from living in the present moment. This is a wonderful standing practice that guides you to focus on the “here and now.”

You will integrate breathing, activating, purging, stretching, and rotating movements. In addition to several other nourishing exercises, this routine introduces the Soaring Eagle, which focuses on cultivating strength and power by working with the lung meridian. Register Online
