Kapota mudra is grounding and brings in a sense of compassion, love, and affection. It also helps you treat your body with peaceful energy and loving kindness.

You can also use Kapota Mudra to achieve a centered and calm state of mind. It activates the Heart Chakra, the energy center is associated with the emotions of love, joy, and compassion. By stimulating this chakra, you can open yourself up to feeling more love and compassion for yourself and others. Additionally, placing this Kapota mudra by your heart creates an energetic barrier around your heart center that protects you from negative energies.
