Qigong for Transitions Late-Summer to Autumn with James
Qigong for Transitions, Late Summer to Fall. The progression of late summer into autumn is the transition from Yang into Yin. The Bear movements, from the Five Animal Frolics (or Plays), is an important part of this qigong sequence because late summer is often seen as a key time for health cultivation and personal development. In this workshop we’ll look at both Qigong theory and practice related to this time of year. In addition we’ll focus on developing a deeper understanding on Qigong principles that will help guide your regular practice.
