Winter Solstice Qigong
Winter Solstice Qigong with James. The Winter Solstice marks the beginning of increasing warmth and light within the dark. It is the day of least sunlight. This Winter Solstice qigong flow, developed by qigong master James Saper, prepares the body for this time of transition. You should ideally do this flow on the day of the solstice, then again nine days later, and a final time nine days after that. This follows the tradition of preparing the body to be healthy in the summer during the winter.
