Nick Loffree

Nick Loffree discovered Qigong through his efforts to heal from Psychosis as a young adult. His healing journey eventually led him to Santa Cruz California, where he synchronistically became the intern of world famous Qigong Master Lee Holden. After 3 years of apprenticeship and healing, he started out on his own teaching path. Almost overnight he was teaching regularly at Google and Twitter company retreats, youth mental hospitals, nursing homes, yoga studios, sports training facilities, and first responder seminars. When the pandemic hit, he moved to YouTube, where he has combined his love of nature, movement, and videography to create one of the leading channels in the Qigong space.
