Liangong Series 1-3 All 54 Exercises
“Liangong” can be translated to “cultivating health” or “cultivating strength.” The practice is designed to promote physical health, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. It involves a series of gentle, flowing movements and postures that aim to activate and harmonize the body’s energy (qi).
In this lesson you will flow through all 3 Liangong series, 54 movements in all. You will do fewer repetitions than you usually do for some of the movements. The class is also 15 minutes longer.
