Patting the Lower Body
Patting the Lower Body. Lymph nodes along the groin need movement to help clear the waste and burn fat. This lower body patting sequence will help clear the nodes and allow the lymphatic system function better. Patting exercises are a natural remedy in which the body is patted with proper strength with the hands. Microcirculation of the body opens up through the force of the impact, and the body’s self-healing power is restored.
Precautions when patting: Avoid important organs such as the liver area and kidney area during patting. Patients suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease and bleeding disorders are not suitable for patting.
