Baduanjin Mellow Chair Qigong. Baduanjin is a series of 8 qigong exercises that give your strength, release tension, and keep you physically and mentally healthy. It is also known as the Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade. Until now, people who are chair or bed-bound have not had video just for them on how to adapt baduanjin for their needs.
