Double Hands Reaching Down
Double Hands Reaching Down, or Press Palms on the Feet, is good for tendon and muscle strain in the loins and legs. It also provides relief from stiffness in the waist, back, and leg tendons and connective tissue. Doing this exercise also improves aching, numbness, and stiffness that can occur when stretching the hamstrings.
