Ping Shuai Gong Challenge Day 11. Today is the 11th day of the challenge and your 2nd day of 20 minutes. Listen to your body and do this arm swinging exercise for only as long as you feel comfortable.
This upbeat qigong arm swinging exercise, called Ping Shuai Gong, helps fight disease and illness, balance your blood pressure, get a lean body, and bring a smile to your heart. Remember to stay relaxed. Take it easy. Feel the resonance. No matter to what extent you can swing your hands, just keep happy as you swing. When you swing, keep the same rhythm the entire time.
