Single Palm Pushing Forward
Single Palm Pushing Forward, also known as Turn Trunk and Push Palm, is good for shoulder, neck, waist, and back strain. It also heals superficial tissue tears in these areas. You may feel numbness or tingling in the arms or in certain muscles that may be atrophied in the neck or lumbar region. That’s normal. This exercise is also useful to reduce low back pain, improving lumbar rotational capacity, and helping correct lumbar scoliosis.
