Five Animal Frolics Five Deer Postures. The Deer movements of the Five Animal Frolics (or Plays) generates focused physical and emotional healing benefits. The Deer promotes healthy bone marrow production, blood manufacturing, and healthy fluid secretion.

The Deer is also associated with the Water element, and therefore the kidneys. Therefore, doing the Deer movements improves physical functions associated with the kidneys, such as hearing, reproductive functions, healthy hair, and more. The emotion associated with Deer is fear. When you practice Deer, you release fear and feel hopeful and empowered. As you balance your Water element, mentally, you grow more objective, curious, ingenious, and sensible.
