Sway the Head and Shake the Tail
Sway the Head and Shake the Tail. This is the fifth form in the 8 Pieces of Brocade qigong flow. Improve spinal flexibility. Clear stagnant qi along the hips and legs. Reinvigorate your energy.
Tips:
1. Keep your knees behind your toes.
2. Really move your hips to one side as you raise your head and shoulders to the opposite side.
3. Use a shallower squat until you build up your leg strength.
4. Keep your mind calm and focused on the parts of the body you are moving.
