Pran Mudra

Pran Mudra can increase vitality, reduce fatigue and nervousness, improve your vision, and reduce symptoms of eye disease. Clear eyes are a sign of a positive mental outlook, a clear mind, and structured thoughts and ideas. Pran Mudra will help brighten your eyes and your outlook.
As you do Pran Mudra, picture yourself as a tree, or picture a tree in front of you. As you inhale, notice energy flowing from the roots the of the tree and imagine them getting thicker and stronger. When you exhale, picture this energy and strength from the roots move into the trunk, then the crown of the tree, over its branches, and into the sky toward the sun.
The larger the roots, the larger the crown of the tree grows as well.
