James Saper shares that your goal is to build a sensitivity and awareness to feel and sense inside. You might feel tingling, warmth, sometimes coldness, and various other feelings. Whether these happen or not, don’t worry.

If you notice sensations, they are unique to you and your body and current circumstances. The goal is to increase awareness of sensations within yourself. Don’t over complicate things. Look for reassurance inside yourself. Also, don’t rush. It’s a natural process that will unfold at its own pace.
