Burnout Recovery
Qigong for Burnout | Recovery Phase – Lesson Six
Burnout recovery qigong prepares you for rebuilding your energy. In this final lesson of the Burnout Recovery program, James Saper will guide you through meditations for the rebuilding phase. You will create restorative moments to bank and store resilience and gradually build upon it.
This restorative practice is subtle and energizes internal growth. It requires looking into yourself. Avoiding the distraction of looking exterior to yourself. You instead tap into the body’s innate ability to grow and recover. It’s a process. The length of time for recovery has it’s own timing based on your history and circumstances.
There’s no requirement for how many times you should do a particular exercise. It has more to do with building awareness within yourself. Your body will let you know when to take a step forward. These are practices that should never be left behind. You carry them with you as you move forward. You will use these tools to help you maintain and healthy baseline. Rebuild qi, blood, and balance the yin and yang. Movement is used to create space in the body and take away tension. Stillness creates an environment for your resilience to grow.
You’re building a sensitivity to your resilience and healing.
