Originating from ancient yoga practices, Yoga Nidra induces a state of deep relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. During this Yoga Nidra session, Mary will guide you through a series of instructions designed to progressively relax your body and mind.

The practice involves lying down in a comfortable position, such as Savasana (corpse pose), while Mary leads you through a systematic relaxation process. This process includes tensing and relaxing muscles, breath awareness, visualization, and mindfulness techniques.

While Yoga Nidra induces a state of deep relaxation similar to sleep, the goal is for you to remain alert and aware throughout the practice, allowing for deep introspection, stress reduction, and emotional healing. The method promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, improves sleep quality, enhances focus, and fosters a sense of inner peace and well-being.
