Ping Shuai Gong Challenge Day 1. Welcome to a simple yet powerful healing practice. Doing ping shuai gong at least 10 minutes each day will regulate your blood pressure, strengthen your heart, reduce mood swings, and so much more. You might only be able to do a few minutes at first. No worries. Just do you best. It’s better to do the arm swinging exercise for a shorter time without injury than to push too hard.
This upbeat qigong arm swinging exercise, called Ping Shuai Gong, helps fight disease and illness, balance your blood pressure, get a lean body, and bring a smile to your heart. Remember to stay relaxed. Take it easy. Feel the resonance. No matter to what extent you can swing your hands, just keep happy as you swing. When you swing, keep the same rhythm the entire time.
