Fall
Autumn Light Qigong
Autumn Light Qigong with John Platt. In the Fall when the angle of the sun begins to lower, the light turns softer. It has been described as “cathedral” light, and it heralds in a time that is more ethereal and mystical.
This is a time of descent and turning inward, a time to go inside ourselves and seek the treasure within. John will demonstrate special breathing exercises to strengthen the lungs, pressure points to circulate the energy, and a flowing routine to help us turn inward and transition to this magical season.
