Kundalini Yoga Challenge Day 1: Pranayama to Open Newness in You. Welcome to Day 1 of our 8-Day Kundalini Yoga Challenge, led by Olga Henriksson. This powerful session is filmed on the auspicious New Moon evening, inviting you to open up to newness and elevate your consciousness.

We begin with a pranayama meditation to connect deeply with the energy of the North and the natural surroundings. This practice will guide you through movements and breathwork designed to cut away what no longer serves you, opening space for new growth and wisdom.

The class starts with a warm-up of Sufi circles, followed by an 11-minute potent pranayama meditation, focusing on deep breaths and dynamic arm movements. The meditation culminates with the breath of fire, harnessing the power of your navel point to balance your glandular system and activate your life force.

Throughout the session, you’ll tune into the divine consciousness within and conclude with the mantra “Sat Nam,” grounding yourself in truth and new beginnings.
